...'"Exploring the World Within via Scent"

Incense! Her co-creation of California-based AIRS Fragrance Company in 1981- 2003 introduced several generations to the simple pleasure of pure botanical incense -- AIRS (named by Amber Faith as well) featured the first American "wave" corrugated recycled-paper packaging for fragrance products, 100% Cruelty-free ingredients, Fair Trade botanical resources and Amber's illustrated fairytale-like labels with 'Magical Guides' and 'Aroma Guides.'

Writer & Journalist.

Since the early 1970s, and in order to maintain her studio and painting journeys, Amber has written illustrated graphic tales and comics, monthly columns and articles for newspapers and nationally-published magazines.

In the early 1970s, she first sold an illustrated 'concept' journal design to Abbey Press, St Meinrad, Indiana. From there on, Amber found eager publishers for her stories, graphic poems and ink illustrations, including the early years of MAGICAL BLEND magazine.

Since the 1980s, she has created decades of packaging design, concepts and marketing ad copy for AIRS International aka AIRS Fragrance Inc.,  Henry & Sons Vegetarian Dog Cookie Ltd and Mountain-Mark Trading Ltd -- the international source of Larimar and Shamanite® gemstones.

Client list is available.

UPDATE: She is currently completing a lavishly-illustrated collection of British & Northern European folktales for publication in 2012, and has begun a full-length graphic novel.

Publishing and distribution info to be announced in 2012.

"... I see changes..."

"I've always explained the psychic and divination side of my artist life like this--- it's a one-to-one  spiritual outreach tradition with our Folk, hinging upon accurately discerning patterns and the outcomes via symbol sets and clairvoyance.  Being a Seer. Very simple, really. Giving readings has been a devotion since my Midwest teen years in the '60s, where it really wasn't cool yet.
Art and Seeing are ever-twined together."

Amber has enjoyed active service as professional  clairvoyant and astrologer since the late 1960s, appearing in filmed media events, university lecture workshops, television and radio talk shows throughout the 1968-90s.
